  2. What makes PlazaBridge Different?
    1. PlazaBridge offers practical services and programs that place our experienced partners side by side with the entrepreneurial team working on making the company grow revenue and increase market awareness. We implement our proven programs with the senior team and ensure the benefits of the program stick.  There is no throwing of tasks over the wall to the entrepreneur. We leverage our experience and assist the senior team each and every day we are engaged. Our programs are totally unique because they come from the experiences of the managing partners and were created from the singular philosophy that traditional training doesn’t yield results, only hard work and the right decision making can build companies.

    1. PlazaBridge focuses on sales, marketing and operations. We ask the right questions early in our engagement and develop an action plan of programs and services that lead to breaking down the barriers to success.  We can also deliver website applications, email campaigns, internet search engine support and a host of sales and marketing support capabilities in support of a variety of planned achievement milestones. These services compliment our industry unique programs.

    1. Our unique DealDesk™, LiftOFF™, Sales Acceleration Campaign (SAC) programs are unequalled in the industry.  They were designed to enable any emerging company to break through frequently encountered barriers in a systematic, efficient manner.  The programs have proven their effectiveness over countless customer engagements. These programs combine with our technologies to assist the emerging company in automating sales and investor operations
  5. Who comprises PlazaBridge?
    1. PlazaBridge is made up of senior business practioners with extensive experience, widely dispersed networks of contacts and substantial (11 companies between them) start-up success.  Their focus has been and continues to be on developing fast paced ground level activity as a precursor to success.
  6. What kinds of companies can benefit from PlazaBridge services?
    1. PlazaBridge works with a variety of clients in varying stages of development. PlazaBridge seeks companies on the cusp of moving from product or service development to market and sales operations. We work with large companies seeking to reignite their dormant or underutilized Intellectual Property and would like to commercialize the assets without the usual risk of creating a whole company from scratch. PlazaBridge also works with the senior managers of emerging companies who require experienced coaching in decision making and communication effectiveness.
  7. Why did PlazaBridge form?
    1. The partners of PlazaBridge were frequently approached to “help out” start-ups in the mid-Atlantic region of the US. Law firms, economic development organizations and angel groups knew of our partner’s unique talents and sought our help when entrepreneurs needed to leverage outside expertise for evolving their companies. These engagements evolved into a formal delivery of technologies and programs.
  8. How does PlazaBridge charge for their services?
    1. PlazaBridge typically proposes a fee per program implementation, followed by a nominal monthly retainer fee to ensure long term success. Our approach is one of sustaining partnership. If the engagement is heavily sales focused our approach is to share in commissions. PlazaBridge is not afraid to put our experience where our mouth is: we do accept engagements that include a milestone payment option.
  9. Does PlazaBridge offer any other value to its engagement customers?
    1. Yes. We have an extensive network of investors that we draw on to help capitalize certain companies. We also have banking, PR, and development resources that help PlazaBridge deliver the very best possible, at the very lowest price possible. More importantly however, is our unique FirstView™ program. This program involves senior managers at marquee companies in the Mid-Atlantic region. Each of the participants in FirstView™ have agreed to look at emerging companies and their product offerings without the usual long lead times of evaluation.  They understand the importance of helping the emerging company gain customers quickly.
  10. Does PlazaBridge invest capital directly in companies?
    1. No. We feel our lower fees are substitute for direct investment.  However, we are being asked by a variety of angel and institutional investors to create a fund for this purpose. We are investigating the possibility of this for implementation later in 2008
